2026 Family & Friends Weekend

The Adirondacks are especially beautiful in the spring, so come join us for a weekend of relaxation and fun. We’ll share games, music, conversation and tasty meals. Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy hiking, kayaking, canoeing, stargazing and campfires. All are welcome including families, couples, singles, college students, and Unirondack staff alumni. This weekend is a great way to experience Unirondack for the first time, as well as to see old friends again and to make new friends. We find the Family & Friends Weekend to be a fantastic opportunity for newcomers to the community to try out camp, especially for kids to see if a summer camp session might be the right fit. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Deadline: Please, remember to register at least one week before the event. Registration will automatically close one week prior to arrival, so reach out directly to the managers if you need to register late. Registering less than one week before the event will incur a $25 late fee on top of your chosen price tier.

Shuttles: Please, remember to register on this event page if you need any transportation assistance from our staff in order to attend this event. Right now, Unirondack can ONLY provide shuttles to and from the Utica train station and the Syracuse airport.

Camperships: We know that the cost of attending camp can sometimes be an obstacle, so we have some resources and discount options available, as explained here on our website. Please apply if financial assistance could make Unirondack more accessible to you.
